I'm curious about the leasing and drilling activity in Lincoln Co, Sec 22-16N-5E. Does anyone have any information they could share about that area? Which companies are active there?
K&S Oil Company completed the Howard 1 in Sept. 2013, but other than that, I see no drilling activity at this time.

Not much drilling yet in 16n-5e. But the drilling should start soon because the leasing is very active in 16n-5e . there has been 1/5 royalty given on several tracts in 16n-5e.
What have the going bonus rates for 1/5 royalty in 16N- 5E? When discussed with the land agent, 1/5th royalty was impossible or low-ball bonus is being countered. Agent said that he was limited to 3/16th.
What is the expected producing zone?
Any idea on projected oil /gas rates?
