I've heard that there is some drilling going on somewhere around Jane Lew right now. Does anyone know if that's the case?

Received by Consol a lease that we inheirted mineral rights on 1196 acres and they are drilling in the center 40 acres, 8 to 12 wells. Not sure how to deal with
This? Need advice,Freemans Creek area

Was wondering if anyone in lewis cty has been contacted by cnx/ consol about leasing their minerals recently?

There's definitely a little bit of activity going on in Lewis County. I haven't been hired by anybody to negotiate anything, so I can't say what kinds of numbers are being thrown around, but it seems to me you could probably negotiate a new lease up to $2,500/acre and 18% gross proceeds.
