Dick, You might want to go to the recorders website and pull up your Section/Township/Ranch in Logan County to take a look at who's leasing in your section as well as the adjacent sections around you. I would think Devon has a lot of leases in your area as well as, Osage too! Also, if you're new to all of this it may help if you search the forum for the questions you may have before you consider signing any lease. There's a lot more to this than what most people think!
There is a Pooling pending on 3 . the hearing is set for 9/9/13. Here is the pooling for section 4, you can see what they were ordered to offer in the pooling, you should get the same thing . If you should lease and not take an option under the pooling make sure you get a depth clause , no deduction clause, time limit to shut the well in. Just got word: RE: Cause # CD 20130447 Sundance Energy Pooling Order for Sec. 4-17N-4W now…" a motion to vacate due to fact that a final order has not been issued in the companion spacing application" What would do a pooling and spacing application of Stephens in Sec. 3-17N-3W?

Sept 9th hearing is continued. Got word that pooling order CD 20130447 has a motion to vacate on Sec 4-17N-3W. What impact will this have?

Don't think it is a big deal. I think they will refile , they just got the cart before the horse. Gives you more time to think.

Ron, was this meant for me? I so, I searched under image/OAP orders & case files under the CD # and didn't find anything. I was told the pooling order was done Monday before last, so I thought maybe, I was looking in the wrong place for it not unless, there's another # I'm not aware of?
