Hello

We plan on driving to the area to actually see where it is located. A362 Centerville in Leon county. We would like to meet with a landsman or attorney to look at options. There is no drilling been done on this property. Considering selling part of the rights. Is there any recommendations on who to speak to and should it be an attorney or land man just to know the worth and best options? Thanks

Are you referring to the E Higdon A-362 Survey? It’s not really close to Centerville. It is just south of Highway 79 between Oakwood and Buffalo:

Thank you. I guess I don’t go to centerfield i will go to the other town. I will look that up. Are you familiar with a land man to discuss options with. I’ve found word of mouth gets better results.
