Yes, Comstock has recently leased about 300 acres in that survey. Comstock has accumulated more than 450,000 net acres in Robertson, Leon, and Freestone Counties for their Western Haynesville play, which is focused on the Lower Bossier and Haynesville Formations.

Comstock recently permitted two horizontal wells southwest and southeast of Jewett. Those laterals end 2 to 3 miles south of the Dodson Survey.

No way to know when (or if) there might be drilling activity in the Dodson Survey.

Is this where FDSI is putting in an access road on CR 325? I have seen a lot of trucks going in on the new road, and saw a house trailer headed that way last week. I have property/rights about a mile east of where the road turns off 325, and am hoping that this is indicative of imminent drilling activity.
