Leon County gas well production

We’ve been earning royalties on the Brown Trueheart W well. The well was down for maintenance in May but supposedly back up for June. Per the June RRC report the volume is very low. Would anyone know why its not back up to prior months volumes?..or is this a question for Comstock?

Question for Comstock. It could be that the well was not online the complete month, they are bringing it online slowly, frac’ing nearby, etc.

Unfortunately, that well does not appear to be very good. Most of Comstock’s good wells are producing 800,000 to 1,000,000 MCF in the first few months. This well never achieved those levels and production seems to be steadily declining.
