If you leased, then you will not need to be pooled. It looks like the well will be on a unit basis with the acreage being pooled to use for the calculations. But that might change to an allocation well that is calculated by feet of perforations. Maybe someone else on the forum knows for sure.
I am a mineral owner (no surface) in the Hutto Unit, kind of a subdivision of the Blackburn Unit. Comstock did not allocate all of the ex Blackburn Unit under that name; Lots 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5 of the Alexander Jackson Survey are allocated to the Hutto Unit activity. I am in Lots 2 & 5. Some of the adjacent lots are owned by Brown-Trueheart Ltd., which is where Comstock is permitted, as well as with the Hutto Unit in Alexander Jackson/Gilmore & the Survey(s) directly adjacent to the south. I could be incorrect but I am under the impression they are permitted for 4 wells in each unit with 2 each under active development.
I heard that the Williams RM had been completed and fracked. Told the estimated turn to sales date is June and if so, that Division Orders should go out probably in September.

I was told the same for the Leon County Alloc well. Doesnât show on Fracfocus yet.
