I recently received notification that a producing well in Howard Co. that My family and I have a small interest in and received a few payments for, has been deemed improper. Checking the Texas Railroad Commission website I discover that the bottom of the wellbore has deviated 117 ft to the east of the wellhead and the production has I suppose been transferred to the mineral right owners to the east of us. The drilling company sites an unintentional drilling error as the reason in their amended drilling permit. This sounds very improper and I'm curious to know how to best proceed. Thanks
