Legal description

In the following legal description, S04 14N 13W L3-4, what does the L3-4 mean? This property is in Blaine County Oklahoma

May stand for "Lots 3 & 4" if it is an unconventionally shaped section.

I agree with Eastern MT. Sections 1-6, 7, 18, 19, 30, and 31 usually contain correction lots across the north and east sides of the township. Lot 3 will be the equivalent of the NE/4 of the NW/4. Lot 4 will be the equivalent of the NW/4 of the NW/4. They will be about 40 acres each (more or less) due to the correction due to the roundness of the earth. Most of the time it is +1 to -3 although I have seen +4 to -7.

Here is a link that explains it Link

I'll see if I can find a survey of it.
