I have received an unsolicited offer of $7,632.5 for 1/6th mineral rights on 45 acres and have no idea whether this is a good offer. Does anybody know of any activity at the Joseph F. Johnson Survey A-174?

The GIS map that I am posting shows several producing oil wells in A-174 and surrounding area. If this was my minerals I definitely would not sell. I would think this is a very good area to have minerals. If someone is offering to buy your minerals, possibly they know something that you don’t know. Be patient.
