Has anyone leased to L 3 Energy? They are affiliated with L 3 Resources in Houston, which is an acquisition business. They contacted me to buy producing minerals in Blaine County, OK, but I was not interested in selling. I had open minerals in the next section, which they are trying to lease through an Affiliate, L 3 Energy, and have agreed to a comprehensive Addendum of my choice, including a good “no deductions clause”. Since L3 seems to be an acquisition business and I can’t find any records of the company leasing, I’m somewhat hesitant to proceed. Responses welcome.
Try looking them up on www.okcountyrecords.com and see if they have filed any new leases in your county.
