I am in Section 14-Township 19N-Range 1W. Red Fork just sold our lease to American Energy Partners. My lease runs out in December. It’s a new company run by Aubrey McClendon, high roller that was pushed out of Chesapeake LLC as the CEO, supposed to be a go-getter, we will see. Red Fork was ready to drill on 14 but B&W LLC challenged the Location Exception so I guess Red Fork did not want to fight it so sold to AEP. My brother and I have 2 five-acre slots in Section 15 and it is coming due. We will see.
