Has anyone received requests for leasing in this area. Had a request from White Star Petroleum out of OKC. Anybody have info on them?
White Star has my sort of shut down well in 27 21n 3w Garfield county. They purchased my holdings from Devon. Didn't deal with them long, but they were ok in my dealings with them.
Last pooling near you was in 2016 for $150 3/16 from White Star. Make sure you have no deductions.
Deborah, Just want to tell you that White Star shut the well down, so our leases are expired. Since they were in bankrupts I haven’t been able to get a release from them. Virginia
You don’t need a release.
If the well is shut down and the lease is expired, it is released by its own terms.
