Received a notice of hearing regarding drilling activity on S6 T11N R12W and was wondering what current leasing bonus would be reasonable in the area? I would appreciate any feedback from other Caddo County royalty owners. Are oil and gas companies heading south of Hydro as of late much or is the area of interest still north of the town of Hydro for the most part?
