my leases is coming up for renewal in 2013 i will like to get an idea what the rates are going for. when i originally renewed the lease i was unaware of the mineral rights forum. i am in section 1 block 27 survey 866.

I also have a lease in Loving County, Texas BlockC24 section 20, dont know how far that is from your land, but 2 years ago my realitives got 750 an acre, my part of the lease is up this summer and we were just offered 500. Find it hard to believe it has gone down that much! That is why I just joined this site today! How much did they give you for the lease you have now?
