my leases is coming up for renewal in 2013 i will like to get an idea what the rates are going for. when i originally renewed the lease i was unaware of the mineral rights forum. i am in section 1 block 27 survey 866.

I also have a lease in Loving County, Texas Block C24 Section 20, don’t know how far that is from your land, but 2 years ago my relatives got 750 an acre. My part of the lease is up this summer and we were just offered 500. I find it hard to believe it has gone down that much! That is why I just joined this site today! How much did they give you for the lease you have now?
