I received a lease offer recently (in the past month) for some mineral rights in the southern half of 16-18W. The offer was $1200 at 3/16 for 3 years. Mewbourne seems to be active nearby, but not in the section I received the offer on yet. Anyone else received a recent lease offer in either of these townships? Just curious what others are being offered in this area recently. I don’t believe the offer was from Mewbourne or from anyone working for them.
