Always ask for what the options are for 1/5th and 1/4. 3/16ths is on the low end of the spectrum. Several leases have been filed at 1/5th. Sec 25-19N-13W does not currently have a well permit in the section. Derby and Devon have current pooling cases for other sections near you. Once those are finalized, you will have a better idea of the going rate. The last pooling nearby was in sec 12 in August 2017 for $3750 3/16, $3500 1/5. That will give you a ballpark idea.
