Just joined. Didn't even know something like this existed. But I am happy to have found the site.
I have been approached to lease out our property in Frio county off Sand Hollow Rd. For oil, gas....I have 40 acre. Plus mineral rights to another 17. I was offered 600.00 per acre for 3yrs. Plus another 2years if they would like to extened it for another 400.00 per acre.
Just trying to find out if this is a good price. Just a little confused on the different totals I am seeing and hearing from. Any help is great.
