Just joined. Didn’t even know something like this existed. But I am happy to have found the site.
I have been approached to lease out our property in Frio County off Sand Hollow Rd. for oil, gas… I have 40 acres plus mineral rights to another 17. I was offered $600.00 per acre for 3 years plus another 2 years if they would like to extend it for another $400.00 per acre.
Just trying to find out if this is a good price. Just a little confused on the different totals I am seeing and hearing from. Any help is great.
