What are the prospects today?
AJ, glad you opened a discussion on mineral activity in the area north of Kermit. Many years ago there was some good action in the Dollarhide field in NE Winkler County, but not sure what's going on now. Most of the leasing, drilling I am familiar with is approx. 11 miles SE of Kermit. I know of several horizontal wells that have come in or are in process of finishing up fracking right now.
This Winkler County site has been dead as a clipped toenail for some time now-----------maybe your inquiry will get some good responses from some of the knowledgable members of this forum.
