My brother and I have mineral rights in Reeves county Tx. How can we generate some interest to get it leased? We had 2 lease offers since Jan. 2011 but they both fell through (after we signed). Thanks!

The first is Sec. 14 Block C-8 PSL - (200 ac.) my dad has 100 ac., I have 50 ac. and my brother has 50 ac. I am not sure if my dad has leased his, I would have to check with him.
The other is Sec. 23 Block C-8 PSL approx. 129 ac. - it is leased until Oct. 2011 though.

I double checked and was wrong, my dad let his 100 ac. go, so my brother and I have 100 between us.
Also, we only have 1/2 of the 129, not all.
