I bought a house on lindsay lane rd in moundsville about 2 years ago. I would like to lease out the mineral rights that came with the purchase, how do i go about finding a company to do this? We have a constant stream of oul and gas trucks on our road and 2 or 3 wells close by, so I’m hoping someone is intrested.
