Does anyone know of any leasing of mineral rights in Grapeland, Texas going on? And what companies are doing this? I have 65 acres and all the surface and mineral rights and was hoping to lease them.

I would suggest you go to the top of the Forum page and under ‘Groups’ click on county groups and scroll down to Houston County Texas Group. There are 32 members in that group and maybe they can answer your questions. Good luck.
