I own 160 acres of minerals in Section 36, 161N/102W in Divide Co. that come out of lease in the near future. I am looking to release and am hoping someone can enlighten me on what other leases have gone for in that area. I believe the other minerals in that section are owned by the state of ND. Can anyone tell me if this lease information is available to the public and if so how I can access it?

Current prices are around $400/acre…The state’s interest will be open for lease again in May.

We also have a 60-acre mineral lease expiring in May. The location is in section 3 of this same township. Is there any reason to think the lease price would be different? Is there a particular company interested in that area (we have a nearby lease with Transcontinent). Thank you, Tom G.
