Thanks to anyone that can offer some advise, I’m new at leasing. Anyone have a new lease or renewal for 2018 or 2019? Our farm had a 5 year lease, which expired in 2017 with an option for 5 more. Farm owners name on deed was changed due to inheritance, company never contacted us. Does the previous leasing company maintain the option or does a new lease have to be agreed upon? Anyone know of any good leasing company’s? Thank you.
