I have been approached by T. S. Dudley to lease the mineral interest which has been passed down through 4 generations. When I inquired who T.S. Dudley was leasing for, would be assigning to, the Lease Agent told me she did not know. When pressed she stated that only the top management knew who the client was. I find this to be BS but ensured that the clauses in the lease were specific to what I desired other than a consent to assign clause because they refused to allow it. Is anyone aware of who the "Client" of T. S. Dudley is for this area?
I have a lease with T. S. Dudley in Logan county. The client is Devon Energy. Don't know if that would be
of any help to you though.
Thank you. I am still not sure who it is that they are leasing for in my area. I need to get up to the courthouse and
see if there are any assignments filed yet for my STR.
