I own 312 acres NW of Hudson, Kansas in Stafford County. The oil/gas rights are not currently leased, and there has never been any production on the property. I have heard that several of my neighbors have recently leased their rights. Checking to see if anyone knows what the bonuses have been in this area. Thanks - N. Kiefer
