Our family has 80 NMA in Section 29, is there any leasing activity and what are the non-producing minerals worth? We leased at 600 & 1/4 several years ago.
Federal Abstract Co. took a state lease in November: SE-23-T15S-R36E, 62.44/acre. Best way to find out mineral value is shop it around - could be worth nothing, but might be something to someone. You’re not too far from good San Andreas wells on the Yoakum/Gaines County border in Texas.
LeeAnn, has anybody responded? My wife has 75 NMA in Section 8, 17 and 20, Township 15S, Range 37E. It’s been real quiet.
