I am new to forum and am so grateful for all who share their knowledge here. I've received a lease offer from Hacienda Resources for 13N Township/ 8E Range Okfuskee county OK (I assume Sec 2 or 3 since that is where my holdings are located). $150/acre, 3/16ths and a 3 year extension (usually don't do extensions). Has anyone completed a lease with Hacienda? Has there been much activity in Okfuskee lately? Any suggestions on current negotiating amounts/ terms?
