I have had a lease offer from Quantum Resources who is a broker.
I have been offered $500 bonus per acre, 1/5 royalty, 3-year term.
Interested in what others have been offered.
I cannot comment on the amounts since haven’t seen any offers recently. If you have not leased before, it would be wis to get a good oil and gas attorney to look at any draft lease. They usually need quite a bit of editing to be more in the mineral owner’s “fair zone”.
