Just wanted to know if any leasing is going on in Murray County, Oklahoma? We hold mineral interest on 800 acres I think south of Sulphur in Sections 29, 30 and 31 Township 1 South and also Sections 28, 29 and 33 Township 2 South Range 4 East. Have never leased this and wondering if anyone else does much leasing in this area? Thanks.

I’m currently reviewing an offer (for a friend) who received an offer to lease from Jabez Land and Minerals for her mineral interest in Section 20, Township 1S, Range 2E. Jabez offered a 3/16th RI. Not sure what the bonus offer was. And, I’m trying to determine what is a fair offer. Any info would be appreciated.
