Just wanted to know if any leasing is going on in murray county okla? We hold mineral interest on 800 acres i think south of sulpher in sections 29, 30 and 31 township 1 south and also sections 28, 29 and 33 township 2 south range 4 east. Have never leased this and wondering if anyone else does much leasing in this area? Thanks

I'm currently reviewing an offer (for a friend) who received an offer to lease from Jabez Land and Minerals for her mineral interest in Section 20, 1S, 2E. Jabez offered a 3/16th RI. Not sure what the bonus offer was. And, I'm trying to determine what is a fair offer. Any info would be appreciated.
