I have some mineral rights in 9, 17, 18, 19, 21, 27, all 6N 5W. I’m already leased in 27 and 19, but would like to hear what the leases are going for.

Yes I do both. They were talking about some cash and 1/4 royalty possibly for some areas for leasing.

Looks like you still have a current lease with Continental Resources. They were talking about some cash and 1/4 possibly.

I have minerals in S24-T4N-R5W that is under lease until October that I would be interested in re-leasing if it’s not under production. Any interest?

Janet, Continental started filing the paperwork for a well in 36 and there is an OK well in 35. I also have interest in 24.

If it is up for leasing again, I’m sure they would be interested. I’ll see what I can find out.

I own leases in 4W we are not leased. It is West of Rush Springs by Rocky Ford Store area. My family owns 640 there. South of this Section other family owns another 640 I have leases in both. Let me know

Thanks it is Township 4 North, Range 8 West, Section 6, Grady County, Oklahoma.

We have a group that owns the 640 there and it is unleased.

Then we have Township 3 North, Range 8 West, Section 17 also family owns almost all of this 640.

Our family has mineral rights in Grady County at Section 17-Township 9N-Range 8W and Section 7-Township 7N-Range 8W. We were recently contacted by a landman from TODCO out of Norman, OK about leasing the mineral rights in Section 7-Township 7N-Range 7W. Preliminary offer is for $450 an acre bonus plus 3/16. Anyone have any info about planned drilling close to our mineral rights?
