Getting interest in leasing my minerals here. Does anyone have any information on leasing here?
Sec 30 and 31 are the only sections in that township that do not have a horizontal well. Continental Resources is the main player. I only see one lease so far. 1/5th royalty. Bonus amounts are not public. If you have not leased before, it would be wise to get an oil and gas attorney to make edits to the draft lease that will be sent.
