Having just negotiated a lease in 24S-34E we were on the receiving end of the higher bonuses being paid. Currently, further East in 30-21S-38E we have minerals currently be solicited for leasing. Section 30 is relatively close to production in 21S-37E. Has anyone heard of what the bonuses are going for out here?
We leased SE/4 Section 18 for $200/nma at 3/16 to Chisos O&G back in January 2014. They never drilled in that area. We own the minerals in the S/2 of Section 18 with Apache leasing the SW/4. Apache drilled a well in that lease.as part of their NEDU.
