Having just negotiated a lease in Township 24S, Range 34E, we were on the receiving end of the higher bonuses being paid. Currently, further east in Section 30, Township 21S, Range 38E, we have minerals currently being solicited for leasing. Section 30 is relatively close to production in Township 21S, Range 37E. Has anyone heard of what the bonuses are going for out here?
We leased SE/4 Section 18 for $200/NMA at 3/16 to Chisos O&G back in January 2014. They never drilled in that area. We own the minerals in the S/2 of Section 18 with Apache leasing the SW/4. Apache drilled a well in that lease as part of their NEDU.
