I was wondering if anyone had heard of Rockwell Energy LLC?
Are they a valid company (I’m unable to find any information on them - no website), a true middleman or a 3rd party trying to upsell a lease of a mineral right?
I don’t have any other offers for leasing and they give a deadline coming up and I don’t know what to do.

I see a Rockwell Energy LLC with a well in TX. There are several companies named Rockwell Energy in different states. Where in the one contacting you from?

I own mineral rights in Weld, County CO as well. I also just received a lease option from Rockhill Energy with a deadline to sign on Feb 6th. Interesting.
