Just got an offer over the phone to lease in Caddo County, OK 35-10-10. Without looking at the lease the offers are 1/5 and $500, 3/16 and $615, 1/8 and $900. Just curious if anyone knew of any drilling permits filed or what other people are being offered to lease. The company is Rosebud Resources.
Last permit in the township is for Saunders 1-6 in section 6 by Arnold Oil Properties LLC-March 2022. Last leases filed in the township as of today were in section 21 @ 1/5th by Citizen Energy III LLC. No bonus amounts given. Citizen had a pooling pending with 16 & 21 in mid 2020. No orders at this point. Covid hit by then.
