Leasing after pooling and drilling

We just cleared up the title on small mineral acres. It is 9 13N 05W in Canadian Cty. We leased another part in that section in 2017. The section has been pooled, but not sent to us and it has been drilled. What is the next step now?

If you are leased on one part of the section, you will not be pooled on that part. If you were not leased in a different part of the section and were pooled you can find it under cause 201902233 and order 697099. Check to see if your recognize ancestors on the respondents list. Contact the attorney and see if they are holding funds for you. They may not have reached you while you were working on the title. Make sure that your name and address are correctly filed in the Canadian County Courthouse.

The Waterloo 1305 1-9MH well was spud on April 19, 2019. It took about three months to drill and complete. The well is listed as active on the OTC tax site as of July 23, 2019. You should have received a Division Order by January. You should also be in pay status if they got your title update. Did you file it in Canadian County? You need to send a certified letter return receipt to Red Bluff requesting payment and interest. Also request the pooling bonus for the second set of minerals that you were clearing title on if they were not in the original lease. Good luck.

Thank you Martha, will do this Monday.
