We have open mineral acreage about 5 miles north of town on 304. Has anyone heard of any recent leasing activity in that area?

Mr. Woods, there was a group of landowners in that area trying to combine their properties for a lease package. Their land ran from near Thomsonville and Waelder down to the area you are referring. They have received offers, but no lease. I can connect you to the people I know if you would like. Is this land north of Gonzales or Waelder? Just curious is this Bailey Woods Jr. or Sr.?
