Leasing Activity in Lea County

Hi everyone - I’m trying to find if there’s any leasing activity in these sections of Lea, but courthouse direct com isn’t working for me. Any suggestions? LEA COUNTY, NM TWP 18S, RGE 38E SEC 11: S/2; LEA COUNTY, NM TWP 18S, RGE 38E SEC 14: W/2W/2 LEA COUNTY, NM TWP 18S, RGE 38E SEC 24: SW/4

 You might try the nearest office of the New Mexico Oil Conservation Division (NMOCD).

These are leases recorded in the last 12 months. Grantee was Adobe Energy LLC in all cases. 2 in Sec 14.

The New Mexico Oil Conservation Division has online access to their gis map. The properties you are interested in are just northeast of the city of Hobbs along the Texas / New Mexico state line in southeast NM. As you zoom in on the area and find the sections you are looking for, click on the well to access the well files.
