There is currently not much activity in the immediate area. Chesapeake has a rig drilling right now about 6-7 miles north-northwest. As you get further south you get closer to the mountains and the formations get shallower....and therefore not as prospective. But to answer your question, my guess is that you are outside the core area, but not by much. We have some land east of you a little that is currently unleased. The land in the core is all leased up. It may come your way (there is a 2D project going on right now around there), but for now you may be just outside of the area of interest. Just my amateur opinion. Rob
