Joe, I received an offer on 16 Township 2N Range 5W, which is 2 miles north. $1500 3/16, $1200 1/5, $500 1/4.

I don’t see any recent leases in Section 28.

The only OCC applications I see in Township 2N Range 5W in the last year are in Section 5.
