The lease on my place is up in December. Eagle out of OKC has it now. Does anybody else have a lease that is up and are they resigning leases at this time? Any info would be very helpful.

If you are talking about 30-1s-22w R.D.Davis ,Eagle & Continental have taken leases around you in 2012 & 2013 and I think you may be able to get better terms on this lease . Is that the correct location ?.
Our lease on w/2 of 1-2s-22w expired in July of 2013, now word from anyone yet.

GD, Same here was leased to OKKI with 2 year extension but no word. There is action in 3,4,5 2s23w (Gulf Exploration) and Comanche Exploration is reopening or doing something in 9 1s23w and 10 2s23w. I think lack of water is still effecting drilling.
Yes Ron mine is section 30, Township 1S, Range 22W. I got my fingers crossed but am not holding my breath. Randy Braker told me about 3 weeks ago that they choked the well on his down to 150 barrels a day. Fixing to call him again and check to see if that is still accurate. Still praying for rain. Thanks

The well in 33-1s-23w from date of first production to the end of June 2013 did 50,448 BO & 81,470 MCF of gas. 29 did 25,076 BO & 71,561MCF . 28 to the end of April did 11,855 BO & 15,066 . 31 & 21 are not good . No long term production yet on 2s-23w . The date of first production is on Completion reports in the other post . Here is the last pooling I found for 1s-23w.

The leases going now are in the southeastern part of county for shallow targets. Mainly Fulcrum Exploration. GLB that does drilling in southwestern part (eldorado area) did a test hole in Sec18 01n20w but no well head located. 102A said little gas. I think maybe they were taken core samples to it was a big rig and was there for a long time to drill down to 3500'. Not sure though. All my lease as stated earlier have expired along the red river west of Elmer.
