We own 100% of oil & gas in Section 17 Township 8N, 3W of McClain County. We have been approached to lease entire section and have no idea what is a good lease or what to be aware of before we sign. Also, we have been offered $200 per acre in Section 18 verbally. We were offered 1/5 in Section 17 and have received the written lease. Is that a good offer?
