Mineral rights are in section 6 22S township range 27E. Leased to SPC August 2018 and now have received an offer to purchase the .69 acres for just under 1500. Offer from Dorado. Has any one receive similar offers and are there actually royalties possibly due for this area?
According to the New Mexico Oil Conservation Division website and search engine there are no wells currently drilled or permitted in or on your section 6 t22s, r27e.
