I leased my mineral rights. I responded to XTO and sent what they were asking for in 2023 and haven’t heard anything else. How can I look up my information or who can I contact to see if they need further information from me? And how do I find out the amount I’m expected to receive?
Michael,
Where are your minerals located? They may or may not choose to drill before the lease expires.
Did you receive lease bonus after signing lease with details of lease? When was lease agreed to expire and was there an option to extend? Have they requested a permit to drill? Have they drilled yet?
Suggest talk with landman who assisted with you signing lease or contact the operator to find present status of lease.

XTO ENERGY. No, nothing afterward. My wife usually handled all of these things and she is no longer with us.
You say you leased your mineral rights. And, you say you sent XTO what they asked for, so was that an actual signed lease and tax info? If this is the case, you should have kept a copy of the signed lease. Did you receive a bonus check in 2023 when you signed the lease? That is the only money you will receive unless/until a unit containing your land starts producing. Terms for drilling should be outlined in the lease so you would know what to expect and a timeframe—like drilling within 3 years with a 2-year extension. If they need any further information, they will ask for it.
My wife passed away and she’s the one who did/handled all of these kinds of things. She did receive a small check but this is the information I have: XTO ENERGY INC, Love County, Oklahoma

I have received one check of $62.00.
Mr. Howard, I would suggest you contact owner relations at XTO. Owner relations | ExxonMobil
Tell them you are an owner in the above well and ask: Is it producing? Do they need anything further from you? Do they have the correct address?
This is to the person who is waiting to hear from XTO Energy, good luck. XTO and DSL in Oklahoma City have been making their own decisions on 130 acres in Carter County, Oklahoma. My cousins and I haven’t heard from either one in 11 years now, so we have hired a law firm in Oklahoma City to file lawsuits against both oil companies. Now we will leave it up to the Lord above. Again, good luck with talking with anyone at XTO Energy.
Condolences of the passing of your wife. The well was completed in 2022 and has been producing since then. Contact the Division order department for XTO/Exxon. Was the well in her name or both of yours? If it was in her name, then you may have probate to take care of to get any funds being held in suspense. The surface location of the well is in section 28. 3508521333 is the API number.
