Iam the mineral owner of the Cass 1-9H Well located in the Oliver Field @T157N R98W in Williams County. This well has produced for several years now, however in Oct of 2016 I ceased receiving royalty checks, I did hear thru another royalty owner of this property that the lease had been bought from Continental Resources by Kraken Oil and Gas. I have not been informed of any of this and still have not received any payments either for a new lease or royalty payments.

Can someone please shed some light on this for me??

October runs: 898 barrels.

November runs: 905 barrels.

December runs: 891 barrels.

Kraken Operating LLc is the present operator. I think you will have to find Kraken's contact and ask them what is going on.

It was still producing as of December the last month I have figures for.

Thank you Mr Kennedy. I did write to Kraken but as yet have had no reply. Ive written to CLR as well with mo reply. Ill keep trying. Thank you again Robert
