What is the offer that has been made?
We had an offer from a landman (who said he worked for Chesapeake!!) Between the offer and the time he said he would call back - a few days later - he said that Chesapeake was not leasing at this time!!! It was all VERBAL!! I am sure we tossed the paper we wrote down the offer on. I wonder if this so-called landman really did work for that company! Thanks for the reply, Mathew.
Well, they wanted to lease you at one time. Chances are good someone will want to lease again.
