I’ve had some offers on my 150 acres in Wise County north of Decatur. A.M. Birdwell Survey, A-62 & Daniel Clark Survey, A-185. Does anyone know what other leases in this area are bringing?
In 2007 we leased 5 acres (Mineral Acres) for $375.00 per acre. This is in the Traister tract, Bell School District. My understanding is that with larger tracts of land, the price increases. I hope this helps. : )
