Reeves Co, Section 38, Block, H&G RR Co Survey A-2370

I have mineral rights in this area and I see Anadarko has applied for 3 drill permits. Current lease expires in 13 months. Had no clue as to the value when the lease was signed 2 years ago (0.03720238 NMA on 50 acre). We got $200 (total) up front.

Any idea what current and potenial value of this lease could be?

Assuming you leased at 25% royalty…with Williams State permits on it’s probably worth $30-35k per NMA. Its .0372 NMA so…lets say it’s worth around $1000. To you. Decent place to own, just very very small interest.
