If I sign a lease with one company and they don't drill but another company does and begins producing do I get paid?

Yes, there are many instances where you can lease to a company that is not a drilling company. You should have received division orders and should be getting paid once a company establishes production.

Leasing to a non-operator does not preclude you a share of production, but the facts will have to speak for themselves.
