My family members own undivided mineral interests in Section 23, Block 30, Township 1 North. Does anyone have a feel for what the market rate for royalty and bonus is in northeast Howard County?
We received 5000 NMA in Section 45 Block 32 TIN.
I think it would also depend on how many acres are involved as well.
Among the three of us, we own 192 undivided acres out of the 640-acre tract.
